Senior Industry Management Internship ISenior Industry Management Internship IITwo Elective Modules
The "Delaying Disability & Healthy Ageing" module and the "Senior Industry Management & Integration" module are the core of your elective coursework: you'll take both, with at least 24 credits in each, building the knowledge base you'll need to bridge senior care and industry management.
From senior psychology and cognition to community care and life education: build your professional judgment at the human level.

From HR and finance to marketing and AI applications: build your management capability at the organisation and market level.

Graduation requirement: 64 required credits (28 general + 36 core) + 64 elective credits = 128 credits total; up to 6 transfer credits from other institutions or departments may be counted.
Programme Activities
Two visits per semester: into AgeTech companies or indigenous day-care centres. Students return with real problems that become the starting point for service design.
Using a real problem provided by an industry partner, students complete service design, a business model, and a pitch deck, presenting at Demo Day.
The annual flagship event. Students present market analysis, service blueprints, and business models to industry judges, receiving real feedback.
Four times a year, one hour per session in small groups. Industry mentors accompany students from proposal to real-world implementation.
